This document outlines the secure process for providing CannDelta + Intellicastle with access to the required digital platforms for marketing services. For security purposes, we strongly recommend granting user access instead of sharing passwords.
Wherever possible, invite canndeltamarketing@gmail.com as a User/Admin.
CannDelta + Intellicastle is not responsible for platform security issues resulting from shared password transmission.
Client retains ownership of all accounts at all times.
Access will only be used for agreed marketing services as outlined by the Service Agreement between CannDelta/Intellicastle and the client.
Please invite canndeltamarketing@gmail.com as Admin/Editor access to only the platforms outlined in the SCOPE OF WORK Section Two (2) in the Marketing Service Agreement
To ensure data integrity and maximize campaign performance, CannDelta requires a unified technical foundation. All services must be anchored to a single Master Account to allow for seamless data sharing between Search, Analytics, and Advertising.
Please select your preferred configuration method for this section:
Method A: Independent Configuration (Accelerated)
Immediate Activation: This is the most efficient path to campaign launch. Our team can begin onboarding as soon as you submit this form.
Please make sure you have access to Google Analytics 4, Google Business Profile, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console.
Method B: Guided Technical Session (Assisted)
Strategic Walkthrough: If you lack access to certain properties or have a complex multi-account setup, choose this path for a guided session.
Screen-Share Setup: You will work directly with our Technical Lead, to troubleshoot access and verify ownership in real-time.

Google Master Account Identification
To ensure your data is secure, CannDelta anchors all services to a single Email. This is the primary account that owns your Google Business Profile (Maps), Analytics (GA4), and Search Console.
I do not have an email associated with any of the Google accounts and would like a new one.
Action: CannDelta will create a professional administrative email on your business domain (e.g., marketing@yourdomain.com) to serve as your new Master Identity
If you get stuck setting up your account or sending over access, we can walk you through it live.
