PsyDelta is the psychedelics-focused regulatory service by CannDelta Inc. PsyDelta was founded by former Health Canada Employees of the Medical Cannabis Program, the Office of Controlled Substances, the Health Products Branch and the Drug Analysis Lab.
PsyDelta has assisted dozens of clients in navigating the regulatory framework for the Office of Controlled Substances, specifically to assist clients in acquiring access to psychedelic substances for the purposes of research, cultivation, propagation, storage, distribution, extraction, destruction, and analytical testing. We have a strong understanding of psychedelic drug reform and the new regulatory frameworks.
At PsyDelta, we assist with Dealer’s Licence applications, guiding you through every aspect of your business. Our team will help you with site suitability and zoning, floor plan design, physical security compliance, pre-clinical research, and clinical trials.
PsyDelta has previously worked with several clients in Canada and the US. Most recently, PsyDelta consulted on an exciting project in Saint-Vincent and the Grenadines for medical psychedelics access. In this work, PsyDelta created a set of Standard Operating Procedures for Psilocybin Cultivation, Propagation, & Extraction that comply with the legal psilocybin access.
