Olivia is a Business Development Representative at CannDelta, bringing a wealth of experience in account management and customer relationship management. Originally from Vietnam and having spent much of her life between Vietnam, Spain, and Canada. Olivia developed a strong passion for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. This global perspective has shaped her exceptional communication skills, which she applies to every aspect of her work. Olivia’s creative mindset and love for photography led her to pursue a Marketing degree at Humber College, specializing in Advertising & Graphic Design.

Before joining CannDelta, Olivia worked in the financial services industry at one of Canada’s top 5 banks, where she focused on providing excellent customer service. During her time there, she developed strong relationship-building skills and became highly proficient in using Microsoft Office and Salesforce to manage client data, track interactions, and streamline workflows. This experience gave Olivia a solid foundation in customer service and technology, both of which have been instrumental in her current role at CannDelta.

At CannDelta, Olivia focuses on lead generation and outreach, helping businesses understand the value of obtaining a legal cannabis license. She introduces prospective clients to CannDelta’s services and works with them to assess whether they’re a good fit for the licensing process. Through thoughtful outreach and relationship-building, Olivia ensures that each business gets the guidance they need to move forward. She also manages a pipeline of clients, staying on top of timely follow-ups and nurturing lasting relationships. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and dedication to customer success help make the process seamless for both clients and the CannDelta team, ensuring businesses successfully navigate the complexities of the cannabis industry.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys staying active through fitness and hiking, and is passionate about exploring new places. Having lived in Canada, Spain, and Vietnam, and traveled to over 15 countries, she loves learning about new cultures. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese, Olivia can connect with people from all over the world. When she’s not travelling or exploring, you can find her cooking, making pottery, or following Formula 1.
